Prime Minister of Italy visited Tsurugaoka Hachimangu.

イタリア首相来社.pngのサムネイル画像On 29th March, Sen. Prof. Mario Monti, President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Italy, and his wife paid a formal visit to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu.

Chief Priest showed them around the precinct and introduced the history of the shrine. Before he leaves, Prime Minister prayed for the development of friendship between Italy and Japan, and wrote it down on ema (votive tablet).
