Special Exhibition at the Shrine Museum

H25新春特別展ポスター(B1)-RGB高画質トンボ付.jpgWe are holding a special exhibition “Tradition ~Skills and Hearts Handed Down among the Japanese” at the Shrine Museum.


Among the exhibits are not only crafts related to Minamoto Yoritomo, the founder of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, but also those revived in recent years.In addition, celebrating Shikinen Sengu of Ise-Jingu in 2013, we display sacred treasures that Tsurugaoka Hachimangu received from Ise-Jingu.

Please come and see finest works made with the skills which have been handed down from generation to generation.

Period:     until 4th February (Fri)

            * Some of the items will be changed after 17th January.

Venue:      the Shrine Museum (next to the main shrine)

Admission:  Adults \200           Children (under age 12) \100

Hours:      9:00~16:00
