The tea ceremony was held by the head master of Sohenryu School at the Main Shrine on 19th April.

A tea ceremony which held before the divine spirit of Shinto shrine or Buddhist temple is distinct as a religious ceremony from other tea ceremonies, and called kenchashiki (献茶式). On that day, the tea prepared by the head master of Sohenryu School was dedicated to the Hachiman kami by the priests.
